When you authenticate, we collect your corporate email address, access credentials, IP address, device information, and timestamps of access.
Access records are used to secure the corporate network, detect unauthorized access, and comply with internal security policies and applicable regulations.
Authentication logs are retained in accordance with the corporate data retention schedule and deleted when no longer required.
